Dr. George Malki MD is a board certified Family Physician who has been practicing in the West Volusia area since 1996. He received his medical degree from the university of Montreal in Canada and then completed his residency in Family medicine in Montreal. He moved to Florida in 1996 and has been practicing here ever since. Dr. Malki is fluent in English and French and speaks some Spanish. He believes in preventive care and takes his time to listen to his patients. he treats each patient with dignity and respect. He takes special care of Geriatric issues such as unsteady gait, incontinence, dementia, and is compassionate in treating those terminally ill patients who are making decisions regarding end of life. Dr. Malki and his wife Naomi have been married for 24 years and they have been blessed with three children. They enjoy the beach, tennis and travel.

Dr. Jessie Cirolia is a Family Board Certified physician with over 10 years of clinical experience. She obtained her masters and doctorate from the University of Florida. During her doctoral program she focused on the educational needs related to transgender health and is an advocate for the LGBTQ community. As a family practitioner, she has been trained to treat the whole family including preventative care and management of acute and chronic conditions. She also focused 5 years of her career optimizing health for first responders. She understands that every patient has unique needs and tailors her treatment plans accordingly. In addition to her clinical experience, she has a passion for teaching. She has served as an adjunct faculty at multiple schools including the University of Florida, Florida State College of Jacksonville and Chamberlain University. She has trained graduate and undergraduate students with a concentration in adult health, pathophysiology and research. She also believes in giving back to the community, as she is actively involved at her church and has enjoyed volunteering at local free health clinics.

Lori McCutchan, NP-C is a board certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida. She was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing throughout her entire Masters program. She has seven years of hospital experience as a Registered Nurse in cardiology before becoming a Nurse Practitioner and joining our team at Town Center Family Practice. She is focused on preventative medication and works hard to build relationships with her patients. She believes in treating her patients with respect and understanding.  In her free time, she loves traveling with her husband and their two Yorkies.
