Dr. George Malki MD is a board certified Family Physician who has been practicing in the West Volusia area since 1996. He received his medical degree from the university of Montreal in Canada and then completed his residency in Family medicine in Montreal. He moved to Florida in 1996 and has been practicing here ever since. Dr. Malki is fluent in English and French and speaks some Spanish. He believes in preventive care and takes his time to listen to his patients. he treats each patient with dignity and respect. He takes special care of Geriatric issues such as unsteady gait, incontinence, dementia, and is compassionate in treating those terminally ill patients who are making decisions regarding end of life. Dr. Malki and his wife Naomi have been married for 24 years and they have been blessed with three children. They enjoy the beach, tennis and travel.

Dr. Malki serves as Medical Director of Town Center Family Practice and provides his supervision to the Medical Staff and Clinic

Lori McCutchan, NP-C is a board certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida. She was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing throughout her entire Masters program. She has seven years of hospital experience as a Registered Nurse in cardiology before becoming a Nurse Practitioner and joining our team at Town Center Family Practice. She is focused on preventative medication and works hard to build relationships with her patients. She believes in treating her patients with respect and understanding.  In her free time, she loves traveling with her husband and their two Yorkies.

Kelly Ferrara, DNP, AGPCNP-BC, is a board-certified Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner.  She obtained both her Masters in the Science of Nursing and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing at Florida Atlantic University.  During her doctoral program she focused on improving hypertension in the primary care setting to improve patient outcomes.  She had the opportunity to participate in a study abroad program travelling to Guatemala to provide health care to the indigenous people.  Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Kelly was a Registered Nurse for 16 years in both the inpatient and outpatient setting with a focus in cardiology.  As an Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner she is focused on improving the health and quality of life of her patients by focusing on preventative care as well as the management of acute and chronic conditions. 

In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
