Town Center Family Practice (TCFP) is a state of the art facility located in the prestigious Town center, Orange City. It is conveniently accessible to residents of DeBary, Deltona, Deland and Orange city.The clinic boasts a fully integrated medical records (EMR). Ample parking is available right in front of the building. We accept most insurance plans and we see patients from age 8 to 100.

Our providers handle most medical conditions including diabetes, hypertension, obesity, cholesterol and triglycerides abnormalities, most heart conditions, COPD and asthma, as well as mental illness. Also we treat acute medical conditions such as the flu, common cold, bladder infection, and we also perform some minor skin conditions.
Our providers perform well woman exams, PAP tests, and order mammograms. We also offer complete physical exams, immunization shots, EKGs and spirometry.

Dr. George Malki MD is a board certified Family Physician who has been practicing in the West Volusia area since 1996. He received his medical degree from the university of Montreal in Canada and then completed his residency in Family medicine in Montreal. He moved to Florida in 1996 and has been practicing here ever since. Dr. Malki is fluent in English and French and speaks some Spanish. He believes in preventive care and takes his time to listen to his patients. he treats each patient with dignity and respect. He takes special care of Geriatric issues such as unsteady gait, incontinence, dementia, and is compassionate in treating those terminally ill patients who are making decisions regarding end of life. Dr. Malki and his wife Naomi have been married for 24 years and they have been blessed with three children. They enjoy the beach, tennis and travel.

Michelle Ann Hoyos PA-C is our nationally certified Physician Assistant. Michelle is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida. She is originally from Michigan where she graduated from Calvin college with a Bachelor in Biology and a minor in Spanish. After college, she did volunteering work in Ecuador, South America where she increased her fluency in Spanish. She finished her Masters in Public Health and Masters of Health Sciences at George Washington university in 2009. She worked as a PA in Michigan for few years, then moved to Florida in 2012 where she has been serving our patients at TCFP. She enjoys the outdoors with her family. She is especially focused on preventive medicine and treats all her patients with respect and understanding.










Kelley Cross ARNP is a board certified Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Western Carolina University and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Indiana University, graduating Magna Cum Laude from both. She is double board certified by both the ANCC and from the American Board of Cardiovascular Medicine. She previously worked in an invasive cardiology and endovascular practice in Orlando before returning to family practice and joining TCFP in November 2015.

Kelley prides herself in building long-lasting relationships with her patients and explaining medical diagnoses and treatment in easy to understand terms. In her free time, Kelley enjoys traveling, walking her 2 miniature Schnauzers, and watching Notre Dame football with her husband.
